EURO 2020 Academy
Through the EURO 2020 Academy, the municipality of Amsterdam wants to offer the youth of Amsterdam the opportunity to develop their talents (further). The EURO 2020 Academy focuses on creating opportunities with regard to (graduate) internships, minor and research assignments and volunteer vacancies at EURO 2020 and its partners. We aim to do this for students and young people of different levels and backgrounds, from all Amsterdam neighbourhoods, both in the preliminary phase and during the European Championship.
Learning will take place at different levels in the workplace. Because the students will start working on relevant assignments related to EURO 2020, the event will start be associated with larger groups in the city and education at different levels will become (even) more practical and challenging.
The EURO 2020 Academy connects and strengthens volunteers, young talent, educational institutions and (partners of) the municipality of Amsterdam who are involved in the organization of EURO 2020. This way, they can get the best out of themselves.
